We now offer International Shipping to the following countries (USA MAINLAND, CANADA, FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY, ITALY AND BELGIUM)

USA - £30

CANADA- £28

FRANCE, SPAIN, GERMANY, ITALY AND BELGIUM - £15

*** International shipping is fully tracked with Royal Mail, Please note you may need to pay custom charges (Duty Charges) which we (Regions Beyond) are not responsible for. Please also be aware there is a limit of 2kg per shipment (international), If your shipment weighs more we will be in-touch to discuss other shipment options at extra charge - this does not affect your buyer's rights.***

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD to fulfill our delivery requirements. For UK orders you can expect your purchase to be with you within 3-5 working days (unless we are restocking, or been made aware of delays). Please note Regions Beyond Company does not accept responsibility for items lost/ damaged in the post, any import charges/ fees are again sole responsibility of the customer. By ordering from us you accept and understand these terms and conditions. This does not affect your legal rights.

Returns
If you should change your mind about your purchase, then you have 30 days from when you purchase to return your products. You MUST notify us via email to info@regionsbeyondcompany.com, before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:

Your name
Order number
Reason for returning the item/s
Whether you would like an exchange or refund
 
Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging.  If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

The customer will pay for return postage and packing. 

On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
